Here is some line art, detailing the costume that Asheru is wearing in the previous picture. I just picked the year 2044 because it was graphically interesting, but other than her rifle, all of her gear is based on current S.W.A.T. Tactical gear, and she is outfitted as a tactical sniper. The rifle is just based on some ballistic theories, and was done as an all meta/synthetic rifles with a telescoping bolt and free floating barrel (and a Burris Bipod). I don't think this idea is going anywhere, but it was fun to draw. Pen & Ink on Bristol. Scott A. H. Ruggels 0 4 / 2 0 0 4 .

The rifle would be a free floating barrel on a composite stock with a metal mounting rail. The stock has gel shock absorbers in it for recoil and the calliber would be around .450. Burris Bipod in front and a sinple sheet metal handguard, and a late varient of the ARTS II scope. Rpobably all departmental custom.

Perhaps on a Remington 700 action, if it is a bolt-action rifle. Still, a semi-auto might fit the needs of a modern sniper.

For the calliber with maybe in the .375 or .400 range, this would probably be a totally custom reciever, and bolt system.
